1/ What is personal data?
Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a physical person: name, first name, postal or e-mail address, telephone number, IP address are for example personal data.

2/ How are your personal data collected?
We process personal data in particular during the following operations: when you browse our site (via the use of cookies); when you wish to contact us by filling in one of the contact forms on the site; when you agree to receive our newsletter; when you apply for one of our job offers or submit an unsolicited application; when you register to take part in events or public relations operations organized by our company.

3/ Purposes of collecting personal data
Contact forms: to contact people who have sent us a message, asked us a question, are interested in our services or have submitted an application (in response to a job offer or spontaneous application).
Event registration form: to send information to event registrants about the event and/or the topic (or related topics) discussed at the event, before, during and after the event.
Personal data is collected only after you have given your consent, through a checkbox. By expressly giving us your consent, you agree that the personal data you provide to us, and that we collect, will be processed for the purposes described above.
The personal data collected via the forms are only kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above. The storage period of this data will not exceed two years, with the exception of data concerning the reception of our newsletter (which can be deleted as soon as you express your wish not to receive our newsletter, by simple request to the data protection officer).

4/ Security of personal data
We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of personal data concerning you.

5/ Transfer of personal data to third parties
We do not resell personal data collected on our site. However, we may transfer them to third parties in the context of our activities, in particular to respond to a call for tenders, or in the context of the organization of an event (transmission of the file of registered persons to our partners).

6/ Right to access, rectify or delete personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify, portability and deletion of your personal data, which you can exercise by contacting our Data Protection Delegate.
